All Entries Must Be In Writing Or Completed On-line.

  Entries close the Saturday before the fair at Noon.  Fasten tags on entries with safety pins.  Any unused entry tags should be turned in to this department on Monday before judging.  If your name is on your quilt, sew a cover over it.  All exhibits must be in place by 4:00 PM on the Monday before the fair.  Persons exhibiting must secure a Membership Ticket for $25.00.

  All articles must have been made within the past two years.  Entries limited to one per class.

  An article will be disqualified if entered in the wrong class.

  An article having won any prize in previous years is not to be entered again.

Exhibitors articles will be released 4:00-6:00 PM Saturday, the last day of the fair.  Building will close 6:00 PM Saturday.  All articles must be picked up by 6:00 PM.

Superintendent is not responsible after 6:00 PM on Saturday for articles left in building.

  An award donated by KAST Laser Creations, Morrison, IL will be awarded to the premiere exhibitor. The Premier Exhibitor trophy can only be won 2 consecutive years.

  A $25.00 gift certificate from Keep You Sewing, Clinton, Iowa, will be donated to the winner of the Judges Choice Quilt Contest (classes 1820 thru 1827). 

  An award for Best of Show Afghan, Best of Show Picture and Judges Choice Quilt will be donated by KAST Laser Creations, Morrison, IL.

  A $25.00 gift certificate from The Frame Shoppe, Sterling, IL for the winners of classes 1910-Small Pictures-Christmas and 1911-Small Picture-/Other Holiday.  A $50.00 gift certificate for class 1922-Large Picture-Christmas and 1923-Large picture-Any Other Holiday.

  All embroidery and knit work must be handwork, no commercial embroidery or knit articles will be accepted, unless otherwise noted.

Any article not meeting these requirements will be disqualified from being judged.

  Judging will take place the Monday before the fair after 5:00 PM.
